I would like to welcome you all to this 63rd IPC Plenary Meeting. We are all very pleased and highly honoured for your presence and I hope that your stay in Buenos Aires Argentina will be of great pleasure.

The Federación Argentina de Paracaidismo has taken as a flag, to fully integrate the South American sport to the rest of the parachuting community, and in this scope we are very happy to receive you.

The IPC is the brain and heart of the whole sport parachuting, so our goal be fulfilled if we can rely on your presence, the representatives of sport in the world.

Buenos Aires is a great city and at all times is populated by tourists all over the world, so we are sure will enjoy your stay as much as we to receive you as guests.
This is the second time the IPC Plenary is carried out in South America, and hope is the beginning of a greater integration of our athletes in the world of skydiving scene.

Dear Friends,
Back in Lausanne 2010, when we bade Buenos Aires for the 63° Annual IPC/FAI meeting, we thought to make sportive parachuting stronger in the Latin America region.


In July, 2010 we recreated the Confederación Latinoamericana de Paracaidismo-COLPAR (Latin American Confederation of Parachuting), venue that gradually is getting stronger allowing us to realize two continental competitions, one of them in San Juan, Argentina, and the other one in Boa Vista, Brazil, both of them successful.

We have formed a new Judges Committee, and we have already received proposals to carry out the competitions in 2012 and 2013.

In this occasion, given my roll of IPC Plenary organizer, I give you the warmest of welcomes, and I can assure you that we will do all the necessary efforts to lent you the best possible hospitality, for you to feel well taken care of and for the meeting to take place with all the necessary services and comfort.
